Out of Character Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated on Deep Shadows.
All staff, no matter the title, will take reports of harassment seriously. If a staff member does not feel comfortable handling a report of harassment then they will escalate the complaint immediately. All the way to the CEO if needs be.
All complaints of harassment will be taken seriously and investigated. This will include, but not be limited, to pulling all logs by the server and reviewed. All parties involved will be asked to submit their own evidence if it is on emails or any other issue outside of the MUSH. Outside parties will not be involved and it will only be kept within the parties involved. Complete anonymity is required of all parties and the identity of the person shall be protected during the investigation. The details of the investigation should never be posted to any non-staff internal or external boards. It is in the responsibility of the investigation to find offense and not innocence. All parties will be innocent until deemed guilty.
If there is any sort of Harassment witnessed by multiple parties, such as in communication channels or public areas that will result in an immediate discipline by CEO or COO.
Deliberately making a false accusations of harassment will result in the same discipline.
