Disciplinary Action

When there is any claim to breaking the policies set forth by DSMush that is cause of harm to any individual or the general player base that a disciplinary action is needed than a committee of staffers shall be called on.
This committee shall be made up of no less or no more than three of the most active staff on a volunteered basis. If three staff members are not available or do not volunteer the most senior staffer(s) will review the evidence. Any staffer who witnessed said event will be apart of the committee. The staff members will review evidence and make an unanimous agreement. If an unanimous agreement can not be made than the single most senior staff member shall be asked for to make the final decision.
If the event that requires discipline was a public event with three or more witness than no committee is needed and immediately discipline may occur.
Staff will take the upmost care to keep discretion for all committee discussion and disciplinary action.
Punishment for offense is outlined in the policy for that offense.
One appeal per event can be made by a player to the COO and/or CEO through a staff member. However the appeals judgement is the final decision. No further appeals can be made.
